Glasswing Access Hub is an independent community platform. We collect only the minimum information required to evaluate community whitelist applications and respond to inquiries.

Data we collect

• Whitelist applications: name, email, organization, role, country, profile URL, applicant type, defensive use case, and your compliance acknowledgements.
• Contact messages: name, email, optional organization, and your message.
• Hashed IP for rate-limit and abuse prevention. We never store raw IPs.

What we never collect

• Passwords, API keys, secret tokens, or credentials of any kind.
• Government IDs.
• Sensitive personal categories.

How we use your data

To review applications, communicate with you, and operate the platform. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

You can request deletion of your application or contact record at any time via the Contact page.
